Uma Rani T M is Senior Vice President and co-head for Application Innovation Services (AIS) at SAP. She leads a team of 1,400+ engineers taking care of the On premise application portfolio of SAP. Uma has an IT experience spanning over 27 years and has done multiple roles going from handling architecture to leadership. In her current role of helping the customers run at their best, Uma is working on several innovative solutions for improving the business processes using latest technologies. Her expertise is in identifying and ideating key business processes which can benefit with application of technology and driving these use cases with prospective customers.

Uma holds a B-Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. She also holds a post graduate degree in management from IIM Bangalore and has completed multiple executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard University. She is also a certified Business Coach
